Today is February 20th. As far as my company is concerned, the fiscal month ends on February 25th. My district manager finally decided to email me the January monthly reviews. He did this today (the fiscal month for January ended on 1/28, just to give you perspective). On top of having to fire one of my employees (most of which are incompetent anyway), I am apparently on my final written warning...
